1 hour ice time each day as well as daily lectures/discussions.

Day 1: Arrive 915am

Days 2 and 3: Arrive 930am

All days: Ice 10am to 11 am

                  daily lecture 11:30am to 12:30pm 

                  pick up 12:45pm

Topics include:

*Mental performance and techniques on dealing with sports anxiety. 

*Game tactics class (goalie IQ) where we will be breaking down when where and why to use each component and save selection .
