12:00-1:00pm – seminar/goalie talk (this will also be your opportunity to eat so make sure you bring a healthy lunch with you each day and make sure you are well hydrated!)

115pm - pick up

Saturday July 29 and Sunday July 30

1015am to 12:35pm - on ice (rink 6)

230pm-330pm - dryland training

345pm - pick up

This is a three day high performance camp where Ron and his staff will teach you pro techniques and how to read and react to various tactical situations. 

Ron will be doing his goaltending psycology program that he has taught to many NHL and jr hockey clients.
