For high performance goaltenders 16 and over only. 2 hours of ice each day followed by goalie tactical seminar and yoga class on Sunday.

Components that we will be working on include:

*Angle development using Ron's landmarking system

*Reading zone play attacks such as seam play recognition, bumper plays and walk outs.

*Proper post integration techniques. Enters and exits.

*Playing the puck effectively

*Lateral save and destination perfection, learn excellence in crease battles .

The ABCs:

-Stance and balance transitions

-Tracking pucks with good eye and head trajectory to the puck

-Crease patterns, movements for foot speed development and edge work.
