AdvanceTechnical Development camp for goalies who are trying out for rep hockey ages atom and older at Scotia Barn (Burnaby 8 rinks) - $599 plus tax

Focus on:

-Angle development and mastery

-Rebound Control and recovery to second save transitions

-Post integration including proper use of RVH technique, deep flex “up on post” technique and VH play, why it’s still relevant, when and how to use it.

-Conditioning and movement perfecting repetition, balance, explosive power using T-push, lateral pushes and slides.

-Goalie specific discussions

-Dryland Training

1015am – arrival/check in (Day one only)

1045am to 12:45pm – ice

12:45-1:45pm – change/lunch -- make sure you bring a healthy lunch with you each day and make sure you are well hydrated!

1:45-2:45pm - seminar/goalie talk

3:00pm-4:00pm – dry land training -- Make sure you bring your running shoes for the off ice training!

4pm pick up

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy and Veit Liability Waiver:  

Goaltending Instruction reserves the right to reschedule or regroup players according to enrollment and/or availability. A full letter of credit will be issued upon cancellation if notified 14 days prior to commencement of the class. Veit Goaltending Instruction*, the hockey complex*, and the employees* will not be held liable or held responsible for any accident or loss however caused and agree to release all mentioned parties from all claims and damages. I further verify that I, or my child, or my ward have no medical problems or issues and in good physical health and the above mentioned parties (*) will not be held responsible for any medical, dental or insurance claims resulting from injury.
